Project Overview

We installed custom LED strip and deck lighting throughout this waterfront property in Broadbeach Waters, enhancing both safety and ambience after dark. The lighting was carefully positioned to highlight the deck edges, walkways, and outdoor entertaining areas, creating a warm, inviting glow without overpowering the surrounding waterfront setting.



This upgrade not only improves visibility and usability at night but also adds a modern, high-end finish to the outdoor space. The result is a functional and visually striking lighting solution that complements the property’s waterfront lifestyle and extends the usability of the deck well into the evening.
