Project Overview

For this Mermaid Waters development of three high-end townhouses, our team was responsible for the complete electrical scope from start to finish. Working closely with the builder and owners, we delivered the full electrical design and installation across all three homes, ensuring each townhouse was set up for modern living and long-term reliability.

The project included tailored lighting design, power and data layouts, switchboard installations, and final fit-off, all completed to a high standard to suit a premium build. By carefully planning every detail and coordinating with other trades on site, we helped bring three market-ready, high-end townhouses to completion in Mermaid Waters.
